Repair Part Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped or booked or the company got the possession or made an investment. Orders of repair parts such as an IC or any other semiconductor device can not be canceled. Once the approval is given after Inspection it can not be canceled and the customer, therefore, obliged to pay if want a force cancellation.
Repair (Only Part) Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
