You will need the following tools for repairing your MacBook’s logic board: 1. microwave oven, 2. thermal compound, 3. torx °6 screwdriver, 4. aluminum foil, 5. small Philips screwdriver
Step 1: Open The Top Case
You have to open the top case first. You will need a torx °6 screw driver and a small Philips screwdriver for doing this.
GET THE SCREWDRIVER HERE
Step 2: Remove The Logic Board
Now you have to remove the logic board, again you will need a torx °6 and small Philips screwdriver for doing this. After doing this, clean the logic board. Also, make sure to use thermal compound while doing this.

Step 3: Heat The Logic Board
Preheat the (kitchen) oven to 220°C / 428°F with air circulation. Now put the logic board on aluminum foil pillars and put it in the oven, turn the temperature to 200°C / 392°F with air circulation. After 7 minutes turn the oven off and open it a bit and put new thermal compound on the cooling. After the logic board has cooled down, take it out of the oven and clean it with a cleaner.

Step 4: Reassemble
In the last step, install the logic board and put it on the top case again. You should check now if your MacBook is now working fine or not.
