Welcome to Techyuga. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our repair and sales services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Agreement
These Terms, along with any accepted plan orders, additional terms, and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Techyuga. By using our services, you accept this agreement.
2. Definitions
- You: Refers to the individual or entity using Techyuga services.
- Materials: Proprietary content like FAQs, product info, and guides are available on our website.
- Software: Any program provided by Techyuga or third parties for service-related use.
3. Service Undertaking
Techyuga will use commercially reasonable efforts to address your queries and provide solutions. Services are subject to our Limited Warranty, and payment must be completed before services begin.
4. Payment
- Services will only be rendered upon full payment.
- Inspection charges: ₹250 for general devices, ₹500 for MacBooks and hard drives. These are non-refundable if the service is declined after inspection.
5. Device Submission Terms
- Verify the receipt for all items handed over to Techyuga.
- We are not responsible for data loss or damage to plastic parts during repairs.
- Faults not listed during submission will not be covered under warranty.
- Burnt laptops and broken glass devices carry inherent risks during repair.
- Devices not claimed within 45 days of notice will be disposed of, and no claims will be entertained.

6. Software License
Techyuga grants a limited license to use the software solely for service purposes. Third-party software or services are subject to their respective terms. Techyuga is not liable for third-party issues.
7. E-Commerce Terms
- Use of Techyuga’s website is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You must be 18+ or use the site under a legal guardian’s supervision.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Techyuga reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.
8. Disclaimers
- Liability: Techyuga is not responsible for data loss, hardware issues, or damages during repair or service.
- Affiliate Links: We participate in affiliate programs and are not responsible for third-party content linked to our site.
- No Guarantees: We strive to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee the completeness or reliability of all content.
9. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
