THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) STATE IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS REGARDING YOUR USE OF techyuga’s REPAIR AND SALES. THE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO YOUR AND OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR THE techyuga SERVICE.
“You” means you individually, any person, including any employer that you are acting on behalf of.
“Materials” means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the techyuga Portal are the proprietary and copyrighted work of techyuga and or its suppliers. The definition of “Materials” does not include the design or layout of the techyuga Web site or any other techyuga owned, operated, licensed or controlled site.
“Software” means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by techyuga or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery method, including client and or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both techyuga Software and Third Party Software.
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each Service Plan, techyuga will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions under the Services. In most cases, techyuga will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution by visiting your address, at workshop or other means as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to techyuga’s Limited Warranty, which is set forth below. For more information, please refer to online documentation.
Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. techyuga has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made.
The techyuga Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. If you have not yet reviewed the techyuga Refund Policy, then please read below prior to agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
techyuga‘s services are delivered to the customer on a state of the art integrated delivery platform which allows techyuga to support your device(s) by visiting to your address by providing a personalized touch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy as follows:- Applicable for all incident based plans. There will be partial refund after providing the service,Whereas paid amount will be refunded, if service not taken within 30 calendar days of purchasing the plans. No refund after 30 calendar days of purchasing the plan.
Licensed Antivirus & Installation: There will be no refund after installation of Any Antivirus Software.
Hardware Installation: There will be no refund after installation of any hardware.
Service: There will be no refund after spending certain amount of time to provide certain service for any device.
Subject to the terms of this ToU, Techyuga hereby grants a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-sublicenseable, non-assignable license to download, install and use software allowing you to engage in activities related to the Service (the “Software”). The Software may only be used in connection with the Service and in accordance with this ToU and any rules, restrictions or documentation set forth by Techyuga from time to time.
As part of the Services, techyuga may suggest certain third party services to you. If you choose to subscribe to or otherwise use any third party services, your use of any such services is subject to the terms of service of such third party service provider. You agree to comply with such provider’s terms of service and that the third party provider is solely responsible for delivery of its service(s) to you and your use of them. Third party services include, but are not limited to technical support, portal, training, music, gaming and storage services that techyuga may elect to make available from time to time. Violation of such third party provider’s terms of service may, in techyuga’s sole discretion, result in the termination of your customer account and use of service.
This ToU may only be revised in a writing signed by Techyuga, or published by Techyuga on the Site
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Techyuga as a result of this ToU or your use of the Site or the Service.
Techyuga may assign its rights under this ToU to any person or entity without your consent. The rights granted to you under this ToU may not be assigned without Techyuga’s prior written consent, and any attempted unauthorized assignment by you shall be null and void.
If any part of this ToU is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the ToU shall be given full force and effect.
In the event any litigation or arbitration is brought by either party in connection with this ToU, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party all the reasonable costs, attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred by such prevailing party in the litigation.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this ToU shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provision, nor in any way affect our right to enforce the same provision at a later time. An express waiver by Techyuga of any provision, condition or requirement of this ToU shall not be understood as a waiver of your obligation to comply with the same provision, condition or requirement at a later time.
All notices given by you or required under this ToU shall be in writing and addressed to FORWARD MARCH PVT LTD. BG30, HANAPARA, KESTOPUR, KOLKATA 700102.
You must comply with all export laws and regulations of the United States or any other country (“Export Controls”) and you shall not export, direct or transfer any portion of the Site or the Service, or any direct product thereof, to any destination, person or entity restricted or prohibited by the Export Controls.
You acknowledge and agree that Techyuga would be irreparably damaged if the terms of this ToU were not specifically enforced, and therefore you agree that we shall be entitled, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to breaches of this ToU, in addition to such other remedies as we may otherwise have available to us under applicable laws.
This ToU, including the documents referenced in this ToU, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Techyuga with respect to the Site and the Service and supersedes any and all prior agreements between you and Techyuga relating to the Site and/or the Service.
Some of the benefits of the Service require the Service to access information on your computer or other applicable device. You hereby grant permission for the Service to monitor your computer or other applicable device (including, but not limited to, your device’s memory) and to communicate information, including, without limitation, your Account information, to the Company’s servers for the purposes of analyzing your device’s performance during use of the Service. Additionally, the Service will utilize the processor, bandwidth and hard drive (or other memory or storage hardware) and/or cache of your computer or other applicable device for the limited purpose of facilitating the communication between, and the transmittal of data, content, services or features to, you and other users, and to facilitate the operation of the network of computers running instances of the Service.
Techyuga reserves the right to deny service to any person or entity at Techyuga’s sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Techyuga may stop providing the App, the Site and/or the Service or restrict your use of the App, the Site and/or the Service at any time, without notifying you in advance, for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, for any violation of this ToU and/or if Techyuga suspects that you have used any aspect of the Service to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activity. If Techyuga disables your access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your account details and/or any materials contained in your account.
Techyuga does not hold the responsibility for data/hardware/part loss during the repair job of your device.
Device Submission Terms
- Please verify if all the items including accessories of the machine that is handed over to TECHYUGA, are listed in the material receipt.
- If laptop is not working, we cannot check other peripherals connected to laptop (Ex-HDD, ODD, KBD, SPK, Touchpad, other devices. So for this no claim will be entertained without charges.
- Inspection service charge of Rs 250 – (Two fifty rupees) shall be chargeable in case if customer decline to take the service after the initial inspection.
- We are not responsible for any data loss.
- Burnt laptops carry no warranty claim.
- We are not responsible for any plastic part if broken during disassembling of the laptop.
- Given cost estimation might change as the repair job progress.
- Only the mentioned fault will be checked & services warranty will be valid for mentioned faults only.
- In case of Mac Book AIR, PRO Etc… there is a dead risk while repairing.
- TECHYUGA reserves the right to dispose of any equipment which is not claimed by the customer within 45 days from the date of delivery notice given by TECHYUGA. In such an event, the customer acknowledges that he/she shall have no claim against TECHYUGA in respect of such equipment, which is disposed off by TECHYUGA.

- In case of motherboard issues your device might get dead while repairing.
1. Referral codes issues by engineers to sold or returning customers.
2. Referral codes issues by techyuga agents to anyone.
Both Referral program offers up to 10% discount (Maximum). Referral codes are applicable on following terms;
1. Referral codes are applicable only when minimum service cost is 1000 INR.
2. Referral codes are not applicable to any kind of sales or purchase of any components in a repair job.
3. Any referral code can only be used once per customer.
4. Time limit of a referral code is up to 6 months (180 days).
5. Referral codes are not applicable to AC & Refrigerator repair jobs.
6. Referral codes are not applicable to Returned repair jobs.
Techyuga holds the authority to decline/disapprove any referral code.
