Yes. We update our device status tracker once a day (In every 24 hours) to ensure our customers get real-time status of their device.
We are always available to help via live chat. You may live chat with our support representatives regarding your device status by click on the box at the right bottom corner of your screen. In case you want to talk to our support team, please call us on 9088888835 regarding your device status.
You can only track your device status, if it is collected to one of our workshop and undergoing any repair job. In case, you have been provided In home/ Onsite support or your ticket is closed (Delivered repaired or unrepaired) you won’t be able track it.
No, you can’t. In order to make our tracking facility as simple as possible, we only update ticket nos, which are undergoing repair jobs. Hence, you can not track tickets which are already closed.
